    About RepCard

    RepCard is the all-in-one sales app for door-to-door and field sales teams. Roofing, solar, pest, fiber, you name it. We help owners and managers see what their reps are doing in the field and help reps close more deals. We're a tight team that ships fast and we built this product from the field up.

    The role

    Content machine meets relationship builder. You'll produce a high volume of content across our channels and lead the charge to make RepCard and its employees become known, trusted faces in the D2D and field sales world. The two feed each other: the relationships give you content, the content builds the relationships. You need to be a customer expert, meet them where they're at, and speak their language.

    What you'll do

    • Lead the strategy for growing and maximizing our community efforts
    • Create and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
    • Clip and repurpose podcast episodes, customer calls, and event footage into short-form video
    • Create engaging, educational, and entertaining content to post across multiple profiles
    • Write captions, posts, and community threads in RepCard's voice
    • Spot trends in the D2D space and turn them into content same-day
    • Track what performs and double down on it
    • Build real relationships with industry influencers, trainers, top reps, and company owners
    • Engage daily in the communities where our buyers and reps live: comments, DMs, groups, forums
    • Represent RepCard at industry events (Door to Door Con, sales summits, customer events)
    • Turn happy customers into vocal advocates, testimonials, and content collabs
    • Funnel what you hear back to product and marketing so we build what reps actually want

    Who you are

    • 2-5 years in community management, social media, or content for a brand (bonus if B2B SaaS or sales-adjacent)
    • You've grown a community or social account and can show the numbers
    • Strong writer who can match a brand voice
    • Comfortable on camera and behind the editing timeline (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
    • Self-starter. Nobody will hand you a content calendar. You build it.
    • D2D or field sales experience is a big plus. If you've knocked doors, say so.
